He has increased the productivity of the Engineering Department by implementing strategic leadership methods and ensuring a work-life balance for his team.

JP Lachambre, our General Manager, is a 20-year construction industry veteran with a passion for building relationships and delivering high-quality projects. He is also a seasoned multi-ticketed tradesman and project manager who enjoys spending time with his family and outdoor activities.
