With extensive experience in Construction Engineering and Project Management he has mastered creating lean teams and creative strategies for optimizing internal operations while providing exceptional customer service. Kamit Group’s success is in part owed to Diemo’s hunger for knowledge and determination to turn information into action. Diemo has increased the productivity of the Engineering Department by implementing strategic leadership methods and ensuring a work-life balance for his team. Diemo believes mindfulness in the workplace is the key to success, a tenet he lives out through his interests in sports, meditation and gardening.

JP is a twenty-year Industry professional with a passion for construction and all the related support disciplines.

As a seasoned multi ticketed tradesman and Project Manager, JP always look forward to building relationships with clients and creating trusting, reliable partners within the industry.

One of the most enjoyable experiences of being a General Manager of Kamit Group Ltd. is working with professionals that push the envelope of the construction industry and consistently strive to improve the highest level of quality with all our projects.

When JP is not in the field, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children at the lake fishing, or hunting in the wilds of the boreal forest.

Barbara Shears, our Office Manager is respected as a motivational manager, leading by example, able to overcome complex business challenges and make accurate decisions within fast paced and high-pressure environments. With her strong knowledge and experience in Business Administration and Project Management, Barbara manages office staff and prepares key documents, leading to best in class decision making. Barbara’s strong attention to details is leveraged to identify and address areas of opportunity, allowing Kamit Group to function at a high level of efficiency internally. Barbara’s hands on approach makes her a key player in the development and implementation of changes to processes and tools . Barbara brings in a wealth of experience which is pivotal in maintaining financials in order while ensuring contracts are properly set up from an administrative perspective.

Brandon Hutton, our Canadian Business development manager, is a hands-on business professional. He brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge to our business, as a CGSB certified technician, materials engineering technology graduate and MBA candidate he truly rounds off our organization. With the technical requirements of our industry, he ensures all aspects are covered during contract negotiations. Brandon’s wide range of industry experiences makes him a great asset to engage with on your projects. As acting owner’s inspector in a previous role, he understands the business units needs and builds a service offering around that. He brings a fresh outlook to our industry and manages various aspects of the organization. He believes Business development is much more than sales, it entails innovation, quality, safety, efficiency, and fiscal improvements.
