Diemo Honore, our VP of Engineering, is a hands-on Professional Engineer known for his strategic and focused approach. With extensive experience in Construction Engineering and Project Management he has mastered creating lean teams and creative strategies for optimizing internal operations while providing exceptional customer service. Kamit Group’s success is in part owed to Diemo’s hunger for knowledge and determination to turn information into action. Diemo has increased the productivity of the Engineering Department by implementing strategic leadership methods and ensuring a work-life balance for his team. Diemo believes mindfulness in the workplace is the key to success, a tenet he lives out through his interests in sports, meditation and gardening.
